Our Journey
MyoMat was founded with a single question:
What if your recovery tools worked with you — not against you?
It started with a problem: long days in a studio chair, followed by aching hips and nagging pain. Then came a realization — most wellness tools are designed for stillness or pain tolerance, not intuitive movement. The spike mats. The foam rollers. The loud, jarring massage guns. None of it felt right.
So we made something different.
A tool that encourages flow, not force. Movement, not stagnation.
Inspired by fascia science and built from premium silicone, MyoMat became our response to the modern epidemic of physical disconnection.
From our first prototypes to today, our mission is the same:
Bring movement back into your daily life — without you even noticing.
Our Core Values
The MyoMat Pillars
Our product is simple, but the thinking behind it runs deep. Every mat reflects a commitment to design, science, and human wellbeing.

Design-Led Simplicity
We believe beauty isn’t an aesthetic — it’s a user experience. MyoMat’s form is minimal, intentional, and non-intrusive.

Backed by Science
Fascia, proprioception, gluteal amnesia — we obsess over what the body needs, and back it with clinical insights.

Movement, Always
Stillness is a myth. Whether seated or stretching, your body is designed to move. We honor that truth in everything we make.

The Evolution of a Movement
Our History

2019
The Spark of an Idea
After recurring back pain and glute dysfunction from years of sedentary work, our founder began a deep journey into physical therapy and fascia research. What started as curiosity became a calling: to design a tool that turns passive sitting into a chance to heal and activate. The first sketches of MyoMat were born—centered around pressure-point mapping and real human needs.

2020
Prototype to Practice
With a rough prototype in hand, we took the concept directly into the world. MyoMat was tested in yoga studios, rehab clinics, and wellness centers from Paris to New York. Real bodies, real feedback. Each iteration taught us how to merge science with comfort, style with function.

2021
Refined by Experts
We teamed up with osteopaths, fascia specialists, and elite movement professionals to push MyoMat further. It became more than a mat—it became a bridge between posture, activation, and recovery. The form evolved. So did the mission. MyoMat started gaining underground buzz in wellness circles.

2023
Official Launch & Breakthrough
With our final mold perfected, MyoMat launched its first limited batch—and quickly turned heads. Designers praised the aesthetic. Trainers praised the function. Early adopters called it a game changer. What began as a personal solution became a product people didn’t want to live without.

2025
Recognized by the Industry
Leading fascia therapists, osteopaths, and movement scientists have endorsed MyoMat as a functional, design-forward tool that meets modern wellness needs. With expansion now underway across Europe and North America, our mission remains clear: help people reconnect with their bodies—one seat at a time.
We’re proud to collaborate with experts and partners who care deeply about what the body needs.
