How to Initiate a Return:

  • We'll provide instructions and a return shipping address.
  • Please ensure the item is in its original condition.

Conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

EU Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you're an EU-based consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To withdraw:

  2. Provide your name and order reference number
  3. Submit the form

You'll receive an automatic confirmation email. Refunds (including delivery costs) will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method, once the goods are returned or proof of return is provided.
